急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗后的心电图研究

自1991年2月至1996年6月,我院用尿激酶静脉内溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞40例,用心电图中ST段的变化,判断冠脉再通情况,现总结如下:

From February 1991 to June 1996, 40 cases of acute myocardial infarction were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy of urokinase in our hospital. The changes of ST segment in ECG were used to judge the situation of coronary recanalization. The main conclusions are as follows:
