自1988年至94年我院共收治急性心肌梗塞386例,现将其中80例老年急性心肌梗塞临床资料与同期55岁以下的60例对照分析,探讨老年急性心肌梗塞的临床与治疗特点。
From 1988 to 1994, a total of 386 cases of acute myocardial infarction were treated in our hospital. The clinical data of 80 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and 60 cases of patients under 55 years old at the same period were analyzed to explore the clinical and therapeutic characteristics of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.
