Professor Jiang Zhouhua,doctoral tutor from School of Materials and Metallurgy,Northeastern University,Director of MOE Engineering Center for Special Steel Metallurgy and Equipment and famous expert on industrial electric heating equipment,was honored the IEC 1906 Award at the end of 2005,becoming the first Chinese expert winning this IEC award.
