Provincial strategic planning and policy guidance rnAccording to the national overall strategic plans such as the Quality Development Outline (2011-2020) by the State Council and the National Standardization Development Plan (2011-2015) by SAC,more provincial,regional and municipal strategic planning and implementation measures (opinions) for local standardization are drafted and developed from place to place across China,to combine with the local industrial characteristics and social economic development situation,utilize standardization to promote industrial optimization and upgrading and facilitate the fast and sound development of local social economy.
