项目后评价是对已投资项目进行确定目标的回顾和评价,是投资项目管理的最后阶段。重点探讨了石化企业投资项目后评价的特点,并通过案例分析,进一步阐明了投资项目后评价在项目全过程管理中对于减少和避免决策失误,提高投资效益所起到的重要作用。
The post-project evaluation is a review and appraisal of the identified targets of the invested projects, which is the final stage of investment project management. This paper focuses on the characteristics of post-evaluation of investment projects in petrochemical enterprises and further clarifies the important role played by post-evaluation of investment projects in reducing and avoiding decision-making errors and improving investment returns in the whole process of project management through case studies.
