本主旨在探讨糖尿病大鼠脑出血急性期脑组织氧自由基含量的变化规律。方法:利用电子自旋共振波谱仪(ESR)测定糖尿病大鼠脑出血急性期脑组织氧自由基相对浓度的变化。结果:糖尿病大鼠脑出血急性期脑组织氧自由基含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05;P<0.01),脑组织氧自由基含量随时间延长呈下降趋势。结论:高血糖导致氧自由基含量增加可能是加重脑损伤的一个重要因素。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of oxygen free radicals in brain tissue during the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage in diabetic rats. Methods: Electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR) was used to determine the relative concentration of oxygen free radicals in brain tissue of diabetic rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Results: The contents of oxygen free radicals in brain tissue of diabetic rats at the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05; P <0.01). The content of oxygen free radicals in brain tissue decreased with the prolongation of time. Conclusion: Hyperglycemia leading to increased oxygen free radicals may be an important factor in aggravating brain injury.
