Journal: Edin. Med. Surg. J. 1818, 14: 196-201. This report reports a case of ulnar nerve paralysis caused by fractures of the medial condyle of the humerus. Patient male, 8 years old. December 10, 1808, due to a fall caused by fracture of the medial humeral condyle. After nearly 3 months of treatment, the affected limb is free to move, but the residual elbow deformity is displaced due to the displacement of the humeral internal condyle fracture piece, and the symmetry of the joint is lost. The fifth finger completely lost its sensation after the injury. Subsequently, the ulnar and forearms of the fourth finger, the ulnar skin of the palm of the hand also lost their sensation. The abductor muscles of the little finger and the adjacent two muscles also became paralyzed. On the reasons for the sensory motor function paralysis, I believe that the displacement of the medial condyle fracture caused by ulnar nerve compression.
