山东省曲阜市南辛水利站,建于1977年,开始只有一处院子,十几间房子,几名职工,职工一年到头奔波在农田水利工地上,再就是抗旱防汛。年复一年,收入没提高,固定资产没增加,职工情绪不高,有的打算改行。为了逐步实现以水养水,自我维持,自我发展,这个站从1986年以来,开始从单纯的事业型转变为产业型,走发展综合经营,壮大水利经济实体的路子。几年来,产值利润连年增长,公共积累不断增加。到去年年底,综合经营总产值达到110万元,创利税18万元。目前,全站有总固定资产70万元,流动资金20多万元,现有职工56人,职工年收入为2400多元。南辛水利站兴
