研究了用透析平衡法制备碱性蛋白酶晶体的过程,在硫酸铵饱和度为25%的条件下获得了符合要求的碱性蛋白酶晶体,然后采用戊二醛进行交联,制备出了交联酶晶体,并对其在高酸碱度、高温、有机溶剂或有机溶液中的稳定性进行了研究.实验结果表明,交联酶晶体有较高的稳定性.
The process of preparation of alkaline protease crystals by dialysis equilibrium method was studied. Alkaline protease crystals with satisfactory ammonium sulfate saturation of 25% were obtained and then crosslinked with glutaraldehyde to prepare cross-linked enzyme Crystal, and its stability in high pH, high temperature, organic solvent or organic solution was studied. The experimental results show that cross-linked enzyme crystals have high stability.
