面流消能工在我国的应用始于五十年代后期.到目前,采用面流消能工的水利工程已有20余座.这些工程都已经受过不同程度的泄洪运用的考验.20多年来面流消能技术在我国有很大的发展并取得了不少宝贵经验.在面流消能研究的深度与广度以及采用面流消能工的坝高、单宽流量和总泄洪功率等方面均处于世界领先水平.但在工程实践中也存在泄洪流态同设计不符,下游河床出现不正常冲刷,坝趾被掏刷以及消力池磨损等问题.本文介绍了我国面流消能工的实践经验,并就面流消能工的适用条件以及存在的问题作简介与讨论,提出对问题的看法.
