“青蓝”二字取意于“青出于蓝而胜于蓝”。“青蓝工作室”是甘泉外国语中学突破校内传统科层管理限制而建立的非行政性的青年教师校本培训基地。创设工作室青年教师的发展是学校持续发展的重要人力资源保障。为建立“日语见长,多语发展”的特色学校,我们确定了人力资源开发策略,而人力资源开发面临的最大挑战就是青年教师的专业成长,因为35周岁以下的青年教师已占到学校教师总数的70%。
