随着经济的发展,我国的建设工程也取得空前的发展。作为建设工程中不可或缺的组成部分之一,造价管理对于企业的经济效益有着直接的影响。从当前的实际情况来看,我国的建设工程造价管理还存在诸多问题,这些问题在一定程度上阻碍了建筑行业的发展。针对这种情况,很多建设企业引入BIM这一资源平台,对当前工程造价管理方式加以改善,本文由此展开论述。
With the economic development, our country's construction projects have also achieved unprecedented development. As an integral part of construction projects, cost management has a direct impact on the economic efficiency of enterprises. Judging from the current actual situation, there are still many problems in China's construction project cost management. These problems have hindered the development of the construction industry to a certain extent. In view of this situation, many construction enterprises to introduce BIM this resource platform, the current project cost management to be improved, this article expands on the discussion.
