目的探讨精浆AMH与睾丸生精能力之间的关系。方法以男性不育患者为研究对象,检测其精浆AMH及精子浓度。结果共入组759例,精浆AMH与精子浓度显著相关(r=0.259,P=0.00)。在精子浓度正常、少精子症及非阻塞性无精子症组间,精浆AMH差异显著(P=0.000)。但非阻塞性与阻塞性无精子症组间,精浆AMH差异无显著性。结论精浆AMH参与了睾丸组织的生精过程,其水平的高低可以间接反映睾丸生精能力的强弱。
Objective To explore the relationship between seminal plasma AMH and testicular spermatogenesis. Methods Male infertility patients were selected as experimental subjects to detect AMH and sperm concentration in seminal plasma. Results A total of 759 cases were enrolled in the study. Seminal plasma AMH was significantly correlated with sperm concentration (r = 0.259, P = 0.00). In normal sperm concentration, oligospermia and non-obstructive azoospermia seminal plasma AMH significant difference (P = 0.000). However, non-obstructive and obstructive azoospermia seminal plasma AMH no significant difference. Conclusion Seminal plasma AMH is involved in the process of spermatogenesis in testis tissue. The level of sperm motility indirectly reflects the ability of testicular spermatogenesis.
