随着民办高等教育的发展,科研工作开始受到重视,但多数民办高职院校的科研工作还处于起步阶段或没有起步,呈现出承担课题少、科研经费少、发表成果少、科研制度不健全、科研设施不健全、科研力量弱等特点。导致民办高职院校科研工作现状的原因是多方面的,主要是政府和学校本身重视不够,定位不准,现有人事管理和考核、薪酬制度限制,师资队伍结构不合理等因素综合作用的结果,应从政府、学校和教职工三个方面入手进行改革和调整,提高民办高职院校的科研能力和学术水平。

The reasons leading to the status quo of scientific research work in private higher vocational colleges are various, mainly due to the combined effect of insufficient attention of the government and the school itself, unfavorable positioning, existing personnel management and examination, limitation of salary system and unreasonable structure of teaching staff As a result, reform and adjustment should be carried out from the government, schools and faculty to improve the research capacity and academic standards of private higher vocational colleges.
