目的分析甘肃省2004—2012年食物中毒事件的发生规律和流行特点。方法对甘肃省2004—2012年突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统中所报告的食物中毒资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2004—2012年全省共报告食物中毒事件78起,中毒2 508人,病死率为2.15%(54/2 508);报告事件多发生在第二、三季度;中毒场所以家庭最多,占总报告起数的41.03%(32/78);微生物引起的食物中毒事件报告起数和发病人数均最多,分别占总数的33.33%(26/78)和60.41%(1 515/2 508);化学性食物中毒引起的死亡人数最多,占总死亡人数的62.96%(34/54)。结论甘肃省食物中毒事件的发生以微生物性食物中毒为主,但引起食物中毒死亡的主要原因是误食农药、鼠药污染的食品。
Objective To analyze the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of food poisoning incidents in Gansu Province from 2004 to 2012. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of food poisoning data reported in Gansu Province during the public health incident reporting and management information system from 2004 to 2012 was conducted. Results A total of 78 food poisoning incidents were reported in the province from 2004 to 2012, causing 2 508 poisonings and a case fatality rate of 2.15% (54/2 508). The reported incidents occurred mostly in the second and third quarters. The most poisonous places were households, accounting for 41.03% (32/78) of the total reports were reported; the number and incidence of food poisoning incidents caused by microorganisms were the largest, accounting for 33.33% (26/78) and 60.41% (1515/2508) of the total, respectively; Chemical food poisoning caused the largest number of deaths, accounting for 62.96% (34/54) of the total deaths. Conclusions Food poisoning in Gansu Province is dominated by microbial food poisoning. However, the main cause of food poisoning death is food contaminated by pesticides and rat poison.
