按照中宣部1995年度课题调研计划和要求,我们于1995年9月至12月,围绕在建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,如何进一步提高新闻宣传质量,增强指导性、权威性、吸引力和感染力,推动新闻舆论工作巩固已有成绩,再上新台阶,进行了新闻宣传质量课题调研。我们着重研究和总结了人民日报、新华社、光明日报、经济日报、工人日报(群众团体类报纸代表)。中央电台、中央电视台、人民铁道报(部委产业报代表)等中央新闻单位坚持正确舆论导向,提高宣传质量的经验和做法。现将这次调查的结果综述如下:
In accordance with the plan and requirements of the Central Propaganda Department’s 1995 research project, in September-December 1995, we focused on the new situation of establishing a socialist market economic system and how to further improve the quality of public information and enhance the guidance, authority and attraction Strength and contagion, press work to promote public opinion to consolidate the existing achievements, to a new level, carried out the quality of news propaganda research.
