陕西省人民政府:《陕西省人民政府关于陕西证券有限公司重组方案的报告》(陕政字[1999]54号)及相关材料收悉。经研究,现批复如下:一、原则同意你省上报的关于陕西证券有限公司吸收合并宝鸡证券公司、西北信托投资公司及陕西信托投资公司所属证券营业部的重组方案。二、鉴于陕西证券有限公司重组方案中涉及到信托业与证券业分析问题,对你省内的信托投资公司清理整顿及信托与证券分业问题需经中国人民银行同意。
Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government: “Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government on the restructuring of Shaanxi Securities Co., Ltd. Report” (Shaanzhengzi [1999] No. 54) and related materials received. After the study, it is approved as follows: First, the principle agreed with your provincial report on the merger of Shaanxi Securities Co., Ltd. Baoji Securities, Northwest Trust and Investment Corporation and Shaanxi Trust and Investment Corporation restructuring of the securities business department. II. In view of the analysis of the trust industry and securities industry in the restructuring plan of Shaanxi Securities Co., Ltd., the approval of the People’s Bank of China is required for the clean-up and rectification of trust and investment companies in your province and for the division of trust and securities.
