采用3D-HPLC对胃脘舒冲剂进行了定性鉴别并建立其指标性成分的定量分析方法。色谱柱:CLC-ODS(6.0 mm × 150 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液系统;洗脱方式:二元高压梯度洗脱;检测方式;二级管阵列检测器多通过检测;测定波长:芍药苷230 nm,甘草酸254nm,授应苷 283 nm;各指标性成分的线性范围分别为:芍药苷 4.23~67.68 μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=5),橙皮苷 7.50~119.20 μg/mL(r=0.9998,n=5),甘草酸 10.50~168.00μg/mL(r=0.9994,n=5);加样回收率及RSD分别为:芍药苷89.46%,2.87%,橙皮苷93.76%,2.48%,甘草酸90.22%,1.79%。同时用三维HPLC图谱对胃脘舒冲剂进行了定性别。

At the same time, a three-dimensional HPLC profile was used to determine the gender of Weiqishu granules.
