潍坊市所辖十二个县(市区),总人口820万,其中农村人口656万,占80％。全市现有卫生技术人员18700名,千人均占2.28人;有乡村医生17300名,农村千人均占2.69人,其中乡村医师7044名,每村卫生室均占0.68人。党的十一届三中全会以来,我市医学教育在各级政府的领导支持下,有了较大的发展,现有医学院夜大1处,全日制中专卫校2处,卫生职工中专1处,县卫校10处,临床进修基地市级5处,县级12处,其它专业培训基地6处。年
