本文论述了人肠道微生物对大丁草中三种香豆精甙类化合物的代谢产物研究。鉴定了其中两个主要代谢物的结构和代谢物随时间变化的情况。发现了一种香豆精的新型代谢方式。从而初步阐明这类化合物在体内发挥抑菌作用的原理。为今后更好地应用该植物及主要活性成分提供了理论依据。
This article discusses the study of the metabolites of three kinds of coumadios in Gerbera by human intestinal microbes. The changes in the structure and metabolites of two of the main metabolites over time were identified. A novel metabolic method of coumarin was discovered. Thus, the principle of the antibacterial action of these compounds in vivo was initially elucidated. It provides a theoretical basis for the better application of the plant and its main active ingredients in the future.
