本文对54例急性脑血管病患者进行了红细胞免疫功能测定,发现红细胞C3b,受体花环率(RBC-C_(3b)RR)低于正常对照组(P<0.001),而红细胞免疫复合物受体花环率(RBC-ICR)高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。RBC-C_(3b)RR与RBC-ICR变化成负相关。说明急性脑血管病患者红细胞免疫粘附能力下降,从而清除循环免疫复合物的能力下降,使免疫复合物沉积于血管内皮,造成损害。这一结果为临床治疗拓宽了思路。
In this study, 54 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were tested for erythrocyte immune function. The levels of C3b and RBC (RBC-C_ (3b) RR) in erythrocytes were lower than those in normal control group (P <0.001) Receptor rosette rate (RBC-ICR) was higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.001). RBC-C_ (3b) RR and RBC-ICR changes are negatively correlated. Description of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease decreased erythrocyte immune adhesion capacity, thereby clearing the ability of circulating immune complexes decreased, the immune complex deposition in the vascular endothelium, causing damage. This result broadens the mind for clinical treatment.
