本文应用细菌内毒素检查法与家兔法对比检测,对一次性输液器污染内毒素进行了考察,结果认为一次性输液器的热原检查可以用细菌内毒素检查法进行初试。
In this paper, the bacterial endotoxin test was compared with that of the rabbit test. The endotoxin contaminated by the disposable infusion set was investigated. The results showed that the pyrogen test of the disposable infusion set could be carried out with the bacterial endotoxin test.
