小儿惊风散为一个含汞和砷药物的内服药,为保证用药安全有效,本文对其中朱砂、雄黄的定性定量方法进行了探讨。我们采用薄层层析法定性,检出迅速,专一性较强。采用酸湿法消化破坏有机物质,分别以硫氰酸盐法以及铜试剂法测定其中朱砂含量;以间接碘量法测定其中雄黄的含量,并初步测试了该成药中微量可溶性汞盐和砷盐。所得结果较准确,方法也较简便,可供其它类似制剂测定时参考。
Pediatric irritability is an internal medicine containing mercury and arsenic drugs. In order to ensure the safe and effective use of drugs, the qualitative and quantitative methods of cinnabar and realgar are discussed in this paper. We use thin-layer chromatography for legality, rapid detection, and strong specificity. The organic matter was digested and destroyed by acid wet digestion method. The content of cinnabar was determined by thiocyanate method and copper reagent method. The content of realgar was determined by indirect iodometric method. The trace amounts of soluble mercury salt and arsenic salt in the finished product were preliminarily tested. . The results obtained are more accurate and the method is simpler and can be used as a reference for the determination of other similar preparations.
