室性早搏是常见的一种心律失常。临床上我们对单一用药无效的慢性顽固性的室性早搏,除病因治疗外,采用心律平和乙胺碘呋酮联合治疗共21例,疗效满意,总结如下。 1 一般资料 自1991年始收治于我科的室性心律失常病人中的慢性顽固性室性早搏患者21例,均经心电图及心电监护记录,确诊为频发室早,部分呈二联律、三联律,或呈多源多型,或伴短阵室速。本组病例除根
