当前,中国经济正在飞速发展。国民经济快速发展的背景之下,各地对于建筑工程的需求也在扩大,这既是社会发展的伴随趋势,也是社会发展为民生提供的基础保障。而对于每一个建筑项目工程来说,经济效益也是相关业主单位和工程实施人员着重考虑的问题。为了提高建筑工程项目建设的经济性,就需要相关的工作人员不断地提高造价管理工作的质量,让建筑工程的社会经济促进效应达到更高。本文将从建筑工程造价动态管理及控制的概念入手,详解建筑工程造价动态管理的具体环节,分析现阶段存在的主要问题,并总结出有效提高建筑工程造价动态管理和控制质量的措施。
At present, China’s economy is rapidly developing. With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for construction projects in various places is also expanding. This is not only the accompanying trend of social development, but also the basic guarantee provided by social development for people’s livelihood. For each construction project, the economic benefit is also the main consideration of the owners and project implementers. In order to improve the economic construction of construction projects, related personnel are required to continuously improve the quality of cost management so that the social and economic promotion effect of construction projects can be higher. This article starts with the concept of dynamic management and control of construction cost, explains the concrete steps of dynamic management of construction cost, analyzes the main problems existing in this stage, and summarizes the measures to effectively improve the dynamic management and quality control of construction cost.
