建筑工程造价中一个较为重要的环节就是建筑工程的审计,合理科学的审计方法不仅可以有效的提高工作效率,还能节约开支,降低总成本。要让建筑工程造价管理更趋于科学化、合理化,就必须实施有效的审计方式。目前,工程造价都是事后进行审计,很难实现跟踪审计,在审计方面又疏于管理,由此会产生很多的问题。本文分析了建筑工程造价中审计的现状,并提出了一些优化措施,望给相关行业提供借鉴。
A more important part of the construction cost is the auditing of construction projects. A sound and scientific auditing method can not only effectively improve work efficiency, but also save costs and reduce the total cost. To make construction cost management more scientific and rationalization, we must implement an effective audit. At present, the construction cost of the project is all audited in the future, which makes it difficult to track the audit and lacks management in the audit. As a result, many problems arise. This paper analyzes the status quo of audit in construction cost, and puts forward some optimization measures, hope to provide reference for related industries.
