Case On August 1, 2001, Wang graduated from the talent market and was hired as a worker of a state-owned enterprise after graduating from university. Both parties signed a five-year labor contract. The term of the contract was from August 1, 2001 to July 31, 2006. A year later, Wang believes that the enterprise is not suitable for its own development, then on August 5, 2002 to submit an application for resignation and requested enterprises to handle the termination of labor contracts for them.
