企业信息化创新是指信息技术的发展对企业行为的优化与对企业机制的完善,是信息技术应用进入成熟阶段的标志。信息化创新绩效测度模型的设计可以对我国企业信息化创新实践提供现实性的理论借鉴。基于我国企业信息化创新的样本数据,验证性因子分析揭示了我国企业信息化创新的内部机理。研究结果显示,我国企业的信息化创新目前已取得了一定的进展,但在若干微观创新行为上还存在不足,创新机制尚未进入高度的协调状态,创新功能有待深入完善和扩展。
Enterprise information innovation refers to the development of information technology on the optimization of corporate behavior and the improvement of enterprise mechanisms, is the application of information technology into the mature stage of the sign. The design of information innovation performance measurement model can provide realistic theory reference to the innovation practice of enterprise informationization in our country. Based on the sample data of the enterprise information innovation in our country, the confirmatory factor analysis reveals the internal mechanism of the enterprise information innovation in our country. The results show that some progress has been made in the informatization innovation of Chinese enterprises. However, there are still some shortcomings in some micro-innovation behaviors. The innovative mechanism has not yet entered a high degree of coordination and the innovation function needs further improvement and expansion.
