目的探讨复方木枣口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用1.44mL/kg.bw、4.33gmL/kg.bw、12.98mL/kg.bw剂量的复方木枣口服液给小鼠经口灌胃30d,分别采用Jerne改良玻片法进行抗体生成细胞检测、MTT法进行刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化实验、足趾增厚法进行迟发型变态反应实验(DTH)、测定免疫器官脏器/体重比值、半数溶血值(HC50)和NK细胞活性(同位素3H-TdR测定法)等。结果与对照组比较,中、高剂量组能显著提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数和高剂量组能显著提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力和迟发型变态反应能力,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各剂量对小鼠体重增长、胸腺/体重比值、脾脏/体重比值、碳廓清能力、NK细胞活性、半数溶血值及巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论复方木枣口服液能显著增强小鼠免疫力作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound jujube oral liquid on immune function in mice. Methods The mice were orally administered orally with oral compound liquid of 1.44mL/kg.bw, 4.33gmL/kg.bw, and 12.98mL/kg.bw for 30 days. The antibody-producing cells were detected by Jerne modified glass slides respectively. MTT assay for concanavalin A (ConA)-induced lymphocyte transformation in mice, toe thickening for delayed hypersensitivity (DTH), determination of immune organ organ/body weight ratio, and half hemolysis (HC50) And NK cell activity (isotopic 3H-TdR assay) and so on. Results Compared with the control group, the medium and high dose groups significantly increased the number of antibody-producing cells in the mice and the high-dose group significantly increased the ability of the mice to undergo lymphocyte transformation and delayed allergic reaction, and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Each dose had no significant effect on body weight gain, thymus/body weight ratio, spleen/body weight ratio, carbon clearance ability, NK cell activity, half hemolytic value, and the ability of macrophages to engulf chicken red blood cells (P>0.05). Conclusion Compound jujube oral liquid can significantly enhance the immune function of mice.
