燃煤锅炉运行的可靠性和经济性在很大程度上取决于燃烧及炉内的空气动力工况。良好的空气动力工况主要表现在以下三方面: (1)从燃烧中心区有足够的热烟气回流至一次风粉混合物的根部,使燃料喷入炉膛后能迅速着火,且保持稳定的着火前沿。 (2)燃料和空气的分布适宜,燃料着火后能得到充分的空气供应,并达到均匀的扩散混合,以利迅速燃烬。 (3)炉膛内应有良好的火焰充满度,并形成区域适中的燃烧中心。这就要求炉膛内气流无偏斜,不冲刷炉墙,避免停滞区和无益的涡流区。
The reliability and economy of coal-fired boilers depend largely on the combustion and the aerodynamic conditions in the furnace. Good aerodynamic conditions mainly in the following three aspects: (1) from the combustion center area of hot flue gas back to the primary air mixture of roots, the fuel injected into the furnace quickly after the fire, and maintain a stable fire cutting edge. (2) The distribution of fuel and air is appropriate, the fuel can get a sufficient supply of air after the fire, and to achieve uniform diffusion and mixing, in order to facilitate the rapid burning embers. (3) The furnace should have a good flame fullness, and the formation of moderate combustion center. This requires the furnace air flow without bias, does not wash the furnace wall, to avoid stagnation and vortex district benefits.
