军队后勤保障实行联勤体制后,原收治飞行人员的绝大多数空军医院的隶属关系发生变化,另有一部分陆军医院新成立了空勤科。为做好新体制下飞行人员伤病诊治和健康鉴定工作,必须进行空勤科的规范化建设。为此,笔者结合多年的实际工作经验对如何做好空勤科的业务工作规范化谈几点意见。1 业务工作内容1.1 医疗工作独立完成飞行人员常见航空病症的诊疗;顺利完成飞行人员常见病和多发病的诊疗,并在其他专科的帮助下,完成部分疑难病症的诊疗。
