近期,位于美国佛罗里达州米德堡的磷肥生产公司JDC磷肥公司(JDC Phosphate Inc.)将完成其创新生产技术的应用。公司正尝试使用Improved Hard Process(IHP)来改进磷酸的生产与加工。据了解,此技术可以利用低品位的磷矿石甚至前期已开采磷矿的废料。公司称,IHP的技术可以将磷矿生产磷肥的利用率提高近3倍。现在佛罗里达的磷肥生产技术主要靠湿酸法,即磷酸与合成氨混合生产磷酸二铵。但这个加工技术同样会产生磷石膏、硫酸钙,这些副产品只能堆积在化肥厂房周围。
Recently, JDC Phosphate Inc., a phosphate fertilizers company in Middelburg, Florida, will complete the application of its innovative production technology. The company is trying to use the Improved Hard Process (IHP) to improve the production and processing of phosphoric acid. It is understood that this technology can make use of low-grade phosphate ore and even the waste of previously mined phosphate rock. According to the company, IHP’s technology can increase the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer produced by phosphate rock nearly 3 times. Now Florida’s phosphate fertilizer production technology mainly depends on the wet acid method, that is, phosphoric acid is mixed with ammonia to produce diammonium phosphate. However, this processing technology also produces phosphogypsum and calcium sulfate, and these by-products can only accumulate around the fertilizer plant.
