十几年的改革开放使我国社会经济状况发生了明显的改观。我们体会最深的是农业机械化领域发生的变化,十几年间,农业机械化的运行机制、管理方式、指导思想等方面都进行了成功的改革和调整。农业机械化以比较高的速度和效益发展,主要得益于改革,今后发展还要靠改革。从目前情况看,农机管理系统的改革取得了比较大的进展,但是思想还没有完全解放,眼界还不够宽,步子还不够大,旧体制的弊端远未消除。进一步解放思想,落实改革开放措施,加快改革开放步伐
Ten years of reform and opening up have brought about a noticeable change in China’s social and economic conditions. The deepest we realize is the changes that have taken place in the field of agricultural mechanization. Over the past decade, we have successfully carried out reforms and adjustments in the operation mechanism, management methods and guiding ideology of agricultural mechanization. Agricultural mechanization has been developed at relatively high speed and efficiency, mainly due to reform, and its development depends on reform. Judging from the current situation, great progress has been made in the reform of the management system of agricultural machinery. However, the idea has not yet been fully liberated and its horizon is not wide enough. The shortcomings of the old system are far from being eliminated. Further emancipate the mind, implement the measures of reform and opening up and speed up the pace of reform and opening up
