随着我国对医疗市场的不断放开,我国各省市的公立医院所处的环境发生了巨大变化,外部环境的瞬息万变需要我国公立医院必须及时调整自身的财务管理工作,不断适应市场经济的要求,将市场经济的规律体现在医院的管理中。2012年1月1日新《医院财务制度》和《新医院会计制度》开始在全国实施,它对我国公立医院的财务制度改革提出了新的要求。本文将就目前我国新医改背景下的公立医院的预算管理进行探讨。
With the continuous liberalization of China’s medical market, public hospitals in various provinces and cities in our country have undergone tremendous changes in their environment. The rapid changes in the external environment require public hospitals in our country to adjust their financial management in a timely manner and constantly adapt to the requirements of a market economy. The law of the market economy is reflected in the hospital’s management. January 1, 2012 The new “hospital financial system” and “new hospital accounting system” began to be implemented across the country. It put forward new requirements for the reform of the financial system in public hospitals in our country. This article will discuss the current budget management of public hospitals under the background of new medical reform in our country.
