难忘的2009年刚过去。过去的一年是我省经济社会发展十分困难的一年,面对复杂严峻的经济形势,全省上下深入学习实践科学发展观,认真贯彻落实中央应对国际金融危机的重大决策部署和支持福建加快建设海峡西岸经济区的《意见》,统筹做好保增长、保民生、保稳定各项工作,海峡西岸经济区建设取得重大进展,各项建设事业取得了新的成效。
The unforgettable 2009 just passed. The past year was a very difficult year for our province in economic and social development.
