永年县在“树、讲、求”活动中充分发挥组织工作的服务保证作用.以建设高素质干部队伍为主线.以加强农村基层组织建设为重点,有力推动了“树、讲、求”活动健康深入地开展。在“树、讲、求”活动中,党员干部的作风、思想和行动对群众有着重要的引导和示范作用。实践证明,只有加强干部队伍建设,抓住选人、用人这一关键环节,用好的作风选人,选作风好的人.才能树起正气,维护团结,谋求发展。在“树、讲、求”活动中,县委通过抓住三个重点环节,建设高素质干部队伍。
