中证网讯(记者张勤峰)16日下午,中国农业发展银行招标的两只固息增发债表现仍较平稳,中标收益率双双低于二级市场水平。农发行今日招标的两只金融债均为中等期限固息债券,分别是该行今年第十二期3年期和第十三期5年期金融债的增发券,本次发行量分别为40亿元和50亿元。据市场人士透露,此次3年期农发行增发债中标收益率为4.1555%,全场投标倍数4.41,5年期增发债中标收益率为4.3468%,投标倍数3.71。此次两只农发行增发债发行收益率均低于二级市
