The U.S. economy, which has enjoyed continuous growth since the early 1990s, has lasted for 110 months and has become the longest period of economic growth after the war. There are also peculiar phenomena in this economic growth: Although the economy continues to rise, the unemployment rate declines again and again and the inflation rate has always been at a very low level. What is the reason for this is why many economists are greatly puzzled. Most scholars believe that in the meantime, the economic development of the United States is driven by the high-tech industries, especially those related to computers, telecommunications, information and networking. Under such circumstances, the technology-dominated NASDAQ stock market has become the focus of attention of investors and practitioners worldwide. In recent years, the Nasdaq Composite Index has risen and then risen to become the dominant force in boosting the U.S. stock market and U.S. economic growth.
