随着《医疗事故处理条例》的实施和人们法律意识的增强,有关医疗问题的投诉也不断增加,大量的医疗矛盾给县级中医院带来了无尽的烦恼,严重影响了日常工作的良性运转。如何防范医疗矛盾的发生是每一个县级中医院面临的非常严峻的挑战。现从我院发生的各类医疗矛盾的分析中探索解决的有效途径。
With the implementation of the Regulations on Medical Malpractice and the enhancement of people’s legal awareness, complaints about medical problems have also been on the rise. A large number of medical conflicts have brought endless troubles to county-level hospitals and severely affected the healthy operation of daily work . How to prevent the occurrence of medical conflicts is a very serious challenge for every Chinese medicine hospital at county level. Now from our hospital analysis of various types of medical conflicts to explore effective ways to solve.
