This book is a book of basic law written to law students by Professor Rolf Wank. Law school learning is often divided into two parts: one is the study of legal doctrines based on the norms of departmental law; the other part is to analyze specific cases and propose solutions to legal problems. Therefore, students need the guidance of jurisprudence methodology to understand and explain statutory law, and on this basis to answer difficult legal issues. Unlike other jurisprudence books that focus on jurisprudence and jurisprudence, this book selects and analyzes a large number of civil, criminal, and constitutional areas
