在Zernike多项式的基础上,文中采用象差低阶模式的校正原理,构造三自由度自适应校正激光谐振腔模式象差的微机控制器。该控制器用等步长搜索方法,实现了IMMD算法,获得了满意结果。
Based on the Zernike polynomial, the correction principle of low-order aberration mode is adopted in this paper to construct a microcomputer controller which can adaptively correct the mode aberration of the laser cavity with three degrees of freedom. The controller uses an equal-step search method to achieve the IMMD algorithm and obtain satisfactory results.
