目的采用正畸以及联合修复的方法对牙缺损伴牙畸形患者进行临床治疗,并观察其治疗效果。方法对比分析法是应用直接修复方法与正畸联合修复方法的临床治疗效果进行对比性分析的一种方法,本文采用这种方法对我院自2008年5月至2013年5月收治的100例病患资料进行临床分析,采用随机表抽取的方法将其分为对照组与试验组,其中对照组患者应用直接修复方法予以临床修复,试验组患者应用正畸治疗联合修复法进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果,并观察患者满意度,每组患者各50例。结果我院实验组治疗的患者牙功能恢复程度以及患者满意率明显高于对照组,其数据对比存在显著差异性,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。.结论采用正畸以及修复治疗法有利于牙缺损伴牙畸形患者的恢复,提高了临床治疗效果,具有重要的意义与价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of orthodontic and combined repair on patients with dental defects and dental malformation. Method Contrast analysis is a method of comparative analysis of the clinical treatment effect using the direct repair method and the orthodontic joint repair method. In this paper, 100 cases of our hospital from May 2008 to May 2013 were treated by this method Patient data for clinical analysis, the use of random table extraction method is divided into control group and experimental group, in which the control group of patients with direct repair method to be clinically repaired, the experimental group of patients with orthodontic treatment combined repair method for treatment, compared with two Group clinical effect, and observed patient satisfaction, each group of 50 patients. Results The degree of recovery of dental function and the satisfaction rate of patients in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). .Conclusion It is of great importance and value to use orthodontics and rehabilitation therapy to help the patients with dental defects with dental malformations to recover and improve the clinical treatment effect.
