最近在“百度邮戳吧”看到一个帖子,询问图1中的圆形“T.P.”戳是什么性质的邮戳,大部分回帖的集邮者都认为这是一枚违规的“邮资已付”戳(按规定应为八角方形),笔者认为这种说法不对。其实早在1954年,邮电部即对“邮资已付”邮戳的式样做出规定,统一为30毫米的八角方形,并于同年12月8日启用。几十年的老规定,邮局不至于犯这样的低级错误,把八角方形弄成圆形。那么,这枚圆形“T.P.”戳到底是什么来头呢?这就必须从2002年讲起了。
Recently saw a post in “Baidu Postmark,” asking what kind of postmark the round “TP ” stamp in Figure 1 is. Most postponed philatelic users think this is an illegal “postage Paid ”stamp (according to the provisions should be octagonal square), I think this is wrong. In fact, as early as 1954, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications set forth the style of the “postage paid ” postmark and unified it into a 30-mm octagonal square, which was put into operation on December 8 of the same year. Decades ago, the post office should not make such a low-level mistake of rounding the octagonal square. So what is the point of the round “T.P. ” stamp? This must be addressed in 2002.
