对EQ491飞轮螺栓松动原因进行了试验分析,提出了改进措施,通过改进前后螺栓的摩擦性能的试验,对改进后涂胶螺栓的装配工艺进行了调整,有效地防止了飞轮螺栓松动现象.

The reasons for loosening of flywheel bolts in EQ491 were analyzed and the improvement measures were put forward. By improving the friction performance of the front and rear bolts, the assembly process of the modified glue bolt was adjusted, which effectively prevented the loosening of flywheel bolts.
