1 前言:我段沥青混凝土拌和厂选用了无锡筑路机械厂生产的 LB-30型沥青混凝土拌和设备.由于受资金等客观条件的制约,沥青加温脱水均采用原始的操作工艺,劳动强度大,作业条件恶劣,耗煤多,升温慢,环境污染严重,生产效率低,沥青温度达不到规范要求(最高只能达到130℃左右)。加之沥青泵泵油与拌和机供油管道及阀门没有加热保温设施,每天开机生产前,需3-5名人员
