【目的】观察和探讨复杂性肾结石合并尿路感染病原菌分布以及常用抗生素的药物敏感性,为复杂性肾结石感染患者的治疗提供一定的参考与借鉴。【方法】选取本院在2012年5月到2014年12月期间收治的120例复杂性肾结石伴尿路感染患者,对其尿液进行细菌培养,对培养结果阳性的25例患者(占20.83%)病原菌及其主要抗生素的耐药情况进行分析。【结果】病原菌分析结果表明,大肠埃希菌13株,占52.0%,为主要致病菌。病原菌对头孢哌酮的敏感率明显低于左氧氟沙星、阿米卡星和亚胺培南(P <0.05)。【结论】目前复杂性肾结石并尿路感染最常见的病原菌为大肠埃希菌,对头孢类抗生素耐药率较高,治疗上应以病原菌培养和药物敏感结果为依据,合理选择抗生素。“,”Objective]To observe and discuss the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug sensitivity of com-mon antibiotics in complicated renal calculi combined with urinary tract infection,and to provide some reference for the treatment of complicated renal calculi infection.[Methods]120 cases of complicated renal calculi with urinary tract infection in our hospital from May 2012 to December 2014 were selected,and their urine bacterial was cultured;The pathogenic bacteria and the drug resistance of the main antibiotics of 25 patients (20.83%)with positive results were analyzed.[Results]The results of the analysis showed that 13 strains of Escherichia coli,accounting for 52%,were the main pathogenic bacteria.The sensitive rate of pathogenic bacteria to cefoperazone was significantly lower than that of levofloxacin,Amikacin and imipenem (P <0.05).[Conclusion]The most common pathogenic bacteria in complicated renal calculi combined with urinary tract infection were Escherichia coli whose antibiotic drug resistance rate to the cephalosporin is rather high.Therefore,the treatment should be based on the pathogenic bacteria culture and drug sensitivity results as the basis,and antibiotics need to be chosen rationally.
