【目的】探讨神经纤毛蛋白-1(Neuropilin-1,NRP-1)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。【方法】收集42例口腔鳞状细胞癌、癌旁正常组织作为实验标本,用免疫组织化学方法检测 NRP-1原位表达情况,采用 RT-PCR 检测 NRP-1 mRNA 在口腔鳞状细胞癌、癌旁组织中的表达情况。【结果】本组42例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中NRP-1均为高表达,42例癌旁正常组织中的 NRP-1表达均呈阴性；癌组织 NRP-1 mRNA 为(0.59±0.15),显著高于癌旁正常组织(0.43±0.17),且两者相比较差异具有显著性(P 3 cm 的口腔鳞状细胞癌 NRP-1 mRNA 为(0.63±0.1)显著高于≤3 cm 的组织；周围组织及淋巴结转移的 NRP-1 mRNA 表达为(0.67±0.20),显著高于局部无转移的组织,且两者相比较差异具有显著性(P <0.05)。【结论】口腔鳞状细胞癌中 NRP-1为高表达,且可能参与口腔鳞状细胞癌的生长、转移过程中。“,”Objective]To investigate the expression and significance of Neuropilin1 (NRP-1)in oral squamous cell carcinoma.[Methods]The data of 42 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma,and adjacent normal tissue was used as exper-imental speciment,for immunohistochemical examination of NRP-1 and its expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Paracancerous RT-PCR was used in the detection of NRP-1RNA.[Results]In this group,42 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues showed high expression of NRP-1,42 cases of adjacent normal tissue expression of NRP-1 in cancer tis-sues were negative.NRP-1mRNA (0.59±0.5)was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (0.43±0.17)with sig-nificant differences (P 3cm NRP-1mRNA (0.63±0.1)was significantly higher than that of less than that of <3cm organization.The surrounding tissue and lymph node metastasis of NRP-1mRNA ex-pression for (0.67±0.20)were significantly higher than that of local metastasis tissue,with the difference being signifi-cantly difference (P <0.05).[Conclusion]NRP-1 oral squamous cell carcinoma for expression,growth,and metastasis and may be involved in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
