乙二胺急性毒性研究表明,小鼠和大鼠LD_(50)分别为950和840mg/kg;大鼠吸入致死浓度为607ppm,其靶器官为肺、肝、肾。亚急性吸入实验高浓度组(112ppm)动物出现肺、肝、肾病理改变和非特异性免疫功能降低,其阈浓度为2.5ppm。致敏实验豚鼠皮肤发生以单核细胞浸润为主的变态反应性炎症改变,属迟发型过敏反应。
The acute toxicity of ethylenediamine showed that the LD_ (50) of mice and rats were 950 and 840 mg / kg respectively; the lethal concentration of inhalation was 607 ppm and the target organs were lung, liver and kidney. Subacute inhalation experiments in high concentration group (112ppm) animal lung, liver and kidney pathological changes and non-specific immune function decreased, the threshold concentration of 2.5ppm. Allergenic experiment guinea pig skin occurs mononuclear cell infiltration of allergic inflammation, delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction.
