In this paper, oral toxicity of tannic acid to F344 mice was studied. Toxins containing 0.025%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.4% water as drinking water for several groups of rats were randomly given to drink for 13 weeks. None of the mice died during the medication period; There were no significant differences in body weight gain, food consumption, and organ weight between the acid-water-treated and untreated groups; only mice drinking water containing 0.4% tannic acid had drinking water
