9月14日,主题为“甘肃水、电、矿产资源开发与利用”的2011年甘肃省学术年会在兰州召开,会议代表有各市州科协,省直有关部门,有关企事业单位、大专院校,各有关省级学会(协会、研究会)等400多人。甘肃省地质学会科学顾问、中国工程院院士汤中立,甘肃省地质学会常务副理事长、甘肃省地矿局总工程师张新虎及学会会员20余人参加了会议。
